วิธีการแก้ปัญหา "You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain."

อาการคือสมมุติมี โดเมนชื่อ yourdomain.com ลง Script Fantastico แล้วมีการ Remove แล้วจะลงใหม่แต่ลงไม่ได้ขึ้น error ว่า "You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain."

มีสาเหตุ 2 อย่างคือ ( Remove ผิดวิธี ก็เลยออกไม่หมดนะสิ )

1. Previous installation of script in the root folder (main domain or any addon domain) was removed manually.


2. Fantastico itself haven't removed the previous installation properly.

วิธีการแก้ไข

1. เข้า cPanel เลือก Filemanager แล้ว Search หา ไฟล์ fantastico กด GO

2. เมื่อพบโฟลเดอร์ /.fantasticodata ก็ดับเบิลคลิก เข้าไป จะเจอไฟล์ชื่อ installed_in_root.php

3. ลบ Code "$installed_in_root["yourdomain.com"] = 1; ออกซะ

4. แล้วก็จะสามารถติดตั้ง Wordpress, Joomla หรืออื่น ๆ ได้ตามปกติ
